Our heat-seal cap applicator is designed to be integrated with flexible film coming from the unwind unit of a packaging machine.

This system operates in two main stations:

• First station: the film is drilled with precision.

• Second station: the cap is heat-sealed onto the film.

The entire process is controlled by a "dancer" system, ensuring a perfectly synchronized drilling and sealing phase, guaranteeing precise alignment. Additionally, electronic devices and sensors are integrated to verify correct weldability to the film and accurate cap positioning.
