Semi-automatic device for the application of degassing valves on preformed bags. The valve, manually put on a vertical device, is sent by mechanical movements to the welding area, the operator will insert the bag in the welding area and the valve will be applied by a foot switch.

A vibrating orienter (supplied as optional) could automatically supply the valve application device.

All the welding parameters are managed by a PLC with an easy but complete user interface.

The device can be connected to the company network in order to monitor and download the production data, it’s also possible to perform remote device diagnostics.
