General Specifications
Semi-automatic device for the application of degassing valves on preformed bags.
The valve is automatically loaded into a tank and conveyed to the welding area through a circular vibrator and gravity feed system. Mechanical movements position the valve precisely. The operator inserts the bag into the welding area, and the valve is applied using a foot switch.
In this configuration, the vibrating orienter automatically feeds the valve applicator.
All welding parameters are managed by a PLC with a user-friendly yet comprehensive interface.
The device can be connected to the company network to monitor and download production data. Remote diagnostics of the machine are also possible.
