Automatic device for the application of degassing valves on flexible film.
The valve is automatically loaded into a tank, where it is subjected first to circular vibration and then to linear movement, which positions it in the welding area.
All necessary accessories are provided to integrate the valve applicator into a new packaging machine, including potentiometers for control boards, fiber optics for valve presence detection, as well as resistors and thermocouples to monitor temperature.
