General specifications
Automatic device for the application of degassing valves onto flexible film.
The valve, automatically put in a tank, is sent in the welding area by a circular vibration and after by a linear movement.
All the accessories are supplied in order to integrate the valve applicator in a new packaging machine.
From the potentiometers for the cards, to the optic fiber to read the presence of the valve and resistors and thermocouple to check the temperature.
Additional loading hopper, capacity approx. 10,000 valves.
