Automatic Valve Applicator – Model with Ultrasound Valve Welding
General Specifications
Automatic device for the application of degassing valves onto flexible film using ultrasound welding.
The valve is automatically loaded into a tank, conveyed to the welding area via a circular vibration system, and then transferred by linear motion.
All system management — from film unwinding to interfacing — is handled by Landotech. The solution includes the electrical control panel and software for integration with the existing packaging machine.
Electronic control of all welding parameters.
